I've been treated very infairly, i'd put my hands up if it was totally my fault, don't think it is........i have no wish with the way i was treated today in one of your shops to step in there again.....i apologize if what i've ever said offended but i feel they are a bit sensitive, i lost my mother and father not that long ago and no thought was taken for this, just get out or else, do you a good business treats the customer as always being right, not today and not for some reason before, very unkind and very nasty, i wish yo well with your business but hope in other areas the store is not run in this way because custom will not avail with what i experinced today, sorry again to be honest but it has to be said.....i'm sure everyone wants to succeed ..janter
