Born in 1841, William Hodges worked to establish a local reputation as a builder and stonemason. With Victorian funerals and masonry becoming more lavish, records show that by 1882 as William reached his forties, funerals and masonry had become his main business. Our team will provide advice at every stage and arrange a unique funeral to celebrate the life of your loved one. We have our own service venue. We also offer Choice Funeral Plans which enable you to record your personal wishes and pay towards your funeral in advance, which could provide peace of mind to you and your family.
