AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Unfortunately i am turning what was originally a 5 star review to a 1 star due to an extremely stressful time with Sahibs over 4 weeks. Most reviews are about alternator replacements but nothing complex… Car would occasionally not start, and had warning lights, Sahibs diagnosed and said in was the ecu and cem module, they said once parts come it, will be ready within a week. Heres a list of everything that has happened since then: 1) they said the found the part then after 4 5 days i had to follow up only for them to say actually the part is not available 3) fee days later ‘ oh we have received only half a part and we need to order again ‘ at this stage as they were ordering on ebay they told me the parts alone would cost nearly 400, i asked them to show invoice to prevent being charged for something they later paid less for (also found a listing with all parts for £200), excuses were made 4) then a few days later ‘it will be done today’ 5) wasn’t done put down to Eid even though it was clear that was on calendar 6) car collected, good for a week then exact issue again. At this point and 3 weeks later i gave them another chance, i left my car with them when overseas a week later the car was still not ready. I was given many excuses such as the guy didn’t turn up and “i had to pay the man to program the part twice” all of this is inexcusable as the car is still not fixed and showing the exact same issues that i came in with and after paying over £650 When i called today i have said they have been given multiple chances and the car is not working. He said theres no refunds as the work was done and the parts are non returnable. There has been no fix on the car and they are clearly dodging their responsibilities as per the consumer rights act. I was offered to bring the car in a third time. No chance. 4 weeks + no fix = either misdiagnosis or inability to carry out work properly
