The brand finally crossed the Atlantic in 2014 to set up its first coffee shop in the USA. This coffeehouse brand has won a number of accolades for the quality of its coffee, and in 2013, it was rated as the best-tasting coffee from five of the UK’s top brands. Over the years, new innovations have been introduced, including mobile payments and a loyalty app. The brand has also established the Nero Foundation, which aims to support communities that grow coffee as well as local communities near its stores. The Foundation’s funds are invested in community amenities and local causes.
