Used to be fantastic, informative and helpful. In the last couple weeks with change of staff the standards have dropped through the floor. Incorrect information, surly attitudes.

Always helpful, got me out of an emergency prescription difficulty last year and went out of their way to find out where my prescription authorisation had got lost - They chased up 111 to find out where the prescription was and got an authorisation to proceed with prescription. Thank you so much.
