I was in the store on17/09/26 at about 8.30 , I went to Jemma’s till when a member of staff spoke to her like muck . She was rude aggressive and arrogant towards her , this is not the first time I’ve witnessed Abbie doing this to a member of staff . I used to own my own business I would not of tolerated any member of staff speaking to another member of staff in this manner, I felt embarrassed for Jemma because all she asked Abbie to do was help someone at the self serve till as Jemma had a queue. She will probably say she was helping another customer but Jemma asked her twice for help before the other customer came in the store, I made sure I got the staff names of their badges for I left .
