Sandy's has been a family business in Twickenham for at least 30 years. Apart from fish, Sandy sells rabbits, partridges, and other exotic meat. You can buy homemade soda bread and smoked salmon pate, including a few delicious products. Top tip: If you're buying a turkey or ham for Christmas, get there when they open, as the queues for food collection stretch down the street (although they provide free mince pies while you wait). The produce is fresh and varied, and the staff are friendly and well-informed. As one of the only independent food businesses in the area, I implore everyone to use them.
