Visited for the 3 rd time on Saturday 15/3/35. Floor area was dirty and our area felt uncared for. Service was non existent and place unwelcoming. 2 stars are for the attractive Decor. The staff deliberately seemed to avoid our table. Was it because having to order and pay by phone in advance , we did not include a tip? Previous experience had shown poor Service so we were going to wait and see if a Tip was earned before leaving one. It certainly was not . The place was not very busy , a man and a lady with glasses wandered by several times. After ordering I tried to catch their attention after a long wait but it seemed they deliberately looked away. We only ordered coffees this time . Not the kind of attitude we are used to in Tenterden!
